Anche secondo me, come dice Azabel, i cibi sono materie prime, da utilizzare secondo i propri gusti e inclinazioni.
Quindi il miglio sta benissimo anche con la carne!
Ecco come sono venute le polpette.

Praticamente ho lessato in acqua salata per 20 minuti il miglio, poil'ho scolato e fatto raffreddare.
Ho preparato l'impasto delle polpette con un paio di fette di petto di pollo, che ho tritato con la mezzaluna, una salsiccia, un uovo (in realta' io ci ho messo solo una chiara, che avevo gia' in frigo ) un po' di prezzemolo, mezzo cucchiaino di curcuma e del parmigiano.
Ho amalgamato il tutto insieme al miglio e ho formato delle pallinre, che ho fatto rotolare su un piatto di farina di mais.
Ho cotto in padella con un filo di olio EVO.
