La ricetta per il pds l'ho trovata in rete ed è indicata proprio per le torte a più piani:
10 uova
300 zucchero
300 farina
ora però mi sorge un dubbio, nel momento in cui bagno la torta e metto la panna, il piano inferiore diventerà troppo mollo da non reggere il piano superiore?
come farcia userò della crema diplomatica, e solo ora ho pensato che così il piano inferiore probabilmente non reggerà quello superiore.
posso mettere in quello inferiore delle cannucce e tra i due piani cartoncino rivestito di carta forno/trasparente?
Come posso fare?
