Il pds l'ho inumidito con una bagna al rum e farcito con una crema pasticcera al limone addizionata a pari quantità di burro montato.La torta l'ho ricoperta di panna montata e quindi ho steso sopra una sfoglia di pdz stesa sottile. Ho rifinita con foglie di agrifoglio ritagliate sempre nella pdz. La capanna è fatta con l'impasto delle casette di gingerbread. Quindi farina, miele, burro, zucchero, uova e tante spezie (anice stellato, cannella, chiodi di garofano, noce moscata, cardamomo). Ho steso l'impasto e ritagliato le parti della capanna. Ho poggiato il tutto sulla teglia con cartaforno e infornato a 180° per 15 min. Ho sfornato e lasciato raffreddare. Dopo ciò ho incollato le parti con glassa reale . Quando tutto era asciutto ho assemblato il presepe.
