4 cosce di pollo disossate e senza pelle
Marinata:
½ cucchiaino di cannella in polvere
½ cucchiaino di zenzero in polvere
½ cucchiaino coriandolo in polvere
I semi di 3 baccelli di cardamomo pestati nel mortaio
Un pizzico di noce moscata grattugiata al momento
2 spicchi di aglio sbucciati
Il succo di ¼ di limone (io mezzo limone)
Un mazzetto di coriandolo fresco tritato ( non l’ho messo)
Olio evo
Sale e pepe macinato al momento
Mettere le spezie in un frullatore o in un mortaio e lavorare fino a rendere un composto liscio, unire olio, sale e pepe e massaggiare la carne di pollo ; marinare per 2 ore circa (io non ho usato il frullatore, ho spremuto l’aglio e ho mescolato con tutte le altre spezie; )

Cuocere il pollo in una bistecchiera , completare la cottura in forno per 7 o 8 minuti a 200° (io ho cotto solo sulla bistecchiera facendo attenzione a non far seccare la carne .

La ricetta prevede di servire con tortillas, cipollotti freschi, cavolo cappuccio tagliato sottile e maionese
