al di la' di un gusto personale che puo' anche non incontrarsi con questa ricetta e questi ingredienti...dovreste sentire la morbidezza della carne, solitamente il tacchino risulta asciutto e "stopposo"....invece.... :smile:

ho messo in pentola
una cipolla tagliata sottile,uno spicchio di aglio in camicia, olio e.v.o. e questo bel cosciottino di tacchino salato pepato e massaggiato un po ho fatto rosolare qualche minuto, da tutte le parti, ho tolto l'aglio, ho aggiunto mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco e lasciato sfumare, aggiustato di sale , ho aggiunto dei funghi secchi che avevo ammollato precedentemente, (una manciata che avanzavano) e delle olive taggiasche...coperto ,cotto a fuoco dolcissimo girando solo un paio di volte ,per un'ora....aggiustando ogni tanto con acqua calda.
verso la fine ho aggiunto un cucchiao di maizena sciolta in poca acqua fredda....per addensare il sughetto
