Attenti al virus che si spaccia per Google

Facendo delle semplici ricerche con Google è facile incappare in pagine web apparentemente interessanti e purtroppo bene indicizzate da Google all'interno delle quali risiede un pericoloso codice javascript che tenta di installare un trojan nella macchina colpita.

L'infezione è immediata se la pagina viene esplorata tramite Internet Explorer 6 (SP2) e un antivirus non aggiornato. Chi usa Firefox non corre rischi ma è facile cadere nel tranello.

All'apertura della pagina viene chiesto di scaricare www .g oogle.com dal sito h ttp :// gro mozon .com (già noto per il suo contenuto malizioso), un utente distratto potrebbe facimente essere tratto in inganno e infettare involontariamente il proprio sistema.

www .google.com in questo caso non è una pagina web bensì un file eseguibile con estensione .com

Il trojan viene riconosciuto dagli antivirus aggiornati da metà giugno in poi, quindi se il vostro antivirus non si è aggiornato automaticamente provate con l'update manule.

Fate attenzione alle pagine web indicizzate da Google che iniziano con www seguito da una serie di numeri, ad esempio www1164 www612 www613 www614 www615 etc. etc. Tutte quelle che ho trovato fin ora effettuano un redirect a gromozon.com per installare il trojan.
