Adesso, per chi non lo conosce, sarà un pò più facile rendersi conto della complessità: sapore di pan brioches ma consistenza molto più compatta e dura, biscottosa, se guardate la sfoglia superficiale. Ciliege burrose. Marmellata di albicocche sulla superficie di ogni piega. "Coperchio" di frutta secca croccante all'esterno ma morbidissimo e umido al di sotto. Per non parlare dell'assemblaggio... Chissà, prima o poi ce la farò a dedicargli un laboratorio... Intanto me lo mangio :sad: Un abbraccio a tutti!
