Beh son cose semplici ma pare che gli invitati abbiano gradito!!

Ricetta Quiche

Pasta sfoglia
3 uova
panna
2 cucchiai parmiggiano
sale
pepe e noce moscata (a piacere)
prosciutto crudo mozzarella wrustel (o qualsiasi altra cosa)

Si sbattono le uova con un pizzico si sale pepe e noce moscata.Si aggiunge il parmiggiano e la pannae si continua a sbattere fino ad avere un composto schiumoso.Nel frattempo si stende la pasta sfoglia in una tortiera leggermente inburrata (anche se non ce ne sarebbe bisogno) e si mette il condimento preferito(in questo caso prosciutto e mozzarella in una e wrustel nell'altra) si aggiungono le uova sbattute e si inforna a 150°C per mezz'oretta circa.

Melanzane e zucchine grigliate

Ovviamente niente di più facile.Le verdure le ho condite con olio extra vergine,aceto,aglio,prezzemolo e peperoncino rosso.

Pan di spagna
5 uova
190g zucchero
190g farina 00(in realtà ci andrebbe l'amido...ma avevo dimenticato di comprarlo!!!)
1 bustina di lievito
vanillina

Crema pasticcera
3 tuorli
1 l di latte
300g zucchero
vanillina
200g farina 00
a cui ho aggiunto della panna montata

E per la decorazione fragoline e meringhe al cacao (peccato che si sono sciolte in frigo...la prossima volta le metterò solo poco prima di servirla!!! :-()
