Pane alle banane

140gr di burro
280gr di zucchero
2 uova
1 cucchiaio di rum
220gr di farina
220gr banane mature (3 banane circa)
1/2 cucchiaino di lievito
1/2 cucchiaino di baking soda
1/2 cucchiaino di sale
60 gr di yogurt naturale
100 gr di farina di noce

Tutti gli ingredienti devono essere a temperatura ambiente. Sbattete il burro morbido con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere una crema. Aggiungete le uova una a una e le banane ridotte in purea. Mescolare insieme la farina, il lievito, il sale e il baking soda. Sbattete tutto fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo senza grumi. Aggiungere il yogurt e il rum. Infornate in una pirofila alta da plum-cake a 180 C per circa 1 ora, 1 ora e mezza. Controllate con uno stuzzicadenti che sia cotto bene all'interno prima di rimuovere dal forno. E un dolce perfetto per colazione ma anche sipuo servire come dessert con una crema chantilly o con unacrema al cioccolato. Noi l'habiamo mangiato col yogurt per redurre le calorie :eek:
