Ingredienti: 2 uova freschissime, 200 gr. di farina, 150 gr. di zucchero, 6 fiocchetti di burro (25 gr.), 1 bustina di lievito, 1 kg. di mele, 4 cucchiai di latte intero fresco, la buccia di un limone.

Procedimento: si montano bene le uova con lo zucchero, si aggiunge pian piano la farina setacciata allungando il composto con il latte. A questo punto si incorpora il lievito, il limone e si pone il composto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata.
Si sbuccia le mele e si decora la torta, infine si infiocchetta di burro, una spolverata di zucchero e via in forno già caldo a 180° per una mezz'oretta.
