Cubbaita:

kg 1di Mandorle leggermente tostate
g. 150 di semi di sesamo
g. 800 di zucchero
g. 150 di miele

Sciogli al fuoco lo zucchero, aggiungi le mandorle tritate grossolonamente, il sesamo, ed il miele. Mescoli per qualche minuto. Versi possibilmente sul marmo e spiani dando una forma di parallelepipedo sottile. Tagli a fette e volendo puoi spolverare con altro sesamo, in modo da ricoprire il tutto.

Le stesse dosi le puoi utilizzare facendolo tutto di mandorle, o nocciole o pistacchi.
