ingredienti:
1/2 tazza di zucchero a vello
1 tazza di burro amorbidito a temperatura d'ambiente
2 cucchiaini extratto di mandorle o nocciole
1 cucchiaino di extratto di vaniglia
2 tazze di farina
1/4 cucchiaino di sale
1 tazzina granella di nocciole o di mandorle

Preriscaldate il forno a 180°.
Lavorate col mixer lo zucchero a vello, il burro e tutti gli extratti, finche non diventi denso. Aggiungete la farina, il sale e la granella e lavorate con un cucchiaio di legno. Formate delle palline con grandezza di noce, mettetele in una teglia ricoperta con carta da forno, ben imburrata e infornatele per 15-20 min. Fate atenzione che non diventino troppo dorate. Sfornatele, lasciate raffreddare e li arrotolate nello zucchero a vello, lasciatele raffreddare complettamente e li arrotolate un'altra volta nello zuchero a vello.
Diventano croccanti e buonissimi!
