piattino niente male. Mia moglie guardando nella pentola ha detto: "sembrano spaghetti!" Ecco... ecco... 8-O
Ottimi come "primo" un po' etnico o come contorno. Sono riuscito a fotografare in Extremis gli avanzi :grin:

Finti spaghetti di Piattoni

Ingredienti:

Una trentina di Piattoni (come si chiamano? fagiolini piattoni? fagioli piattoni?)
Una Carota grande,
Un Piccolo porro,
un cucchiaino di curry,
sale, olio, un bicchiere di acqua.

Puliamo i piattoni togliendo il piccolo picciolo, poi tagliamoli per la lunga il più finemente possibile,
senza esagerare per non uscire di testa. La stessa cosa facciamola con la carota, e con il porro, tagliandol a listarelle.
In un Wok versiamo un goccio d'olio e mettiamo il porro ad appassire, poi aggiungiamo carote e piattoni e continuiamo
la cottura a fiamma bassa fino a far appassire le verdure per bene.
Aggiungiamo un po' di acqua se serve, sale e una spolverata di curry. Quando i piattoni saranno morbidi il piatto è pronto.
