MARMELLATA DI PEPERONCINO
Ingredienti: 1 kg di mele renette - un bicchiere di aceto di mele - 1/2 di litro di acqua - 100 gr di peperoncini verdi e rossi – zucchero

Preparazione: Mondare le mele, tagliarle a fette, mondare i peperoncini dal picciolo e dai semi, bollire mele e peperoncini per mezz'ora nell'acqua e nell'aceto di mele . Frullare il composto, aggiungere 700 gr zucchero per ogni litro di composto ottenuto, portare ad ebollizione mescolando ogni tanto; far bollire a fiamma media sino a raggiungere una giusta consistenza, mettere nei vasi di vetro, chiuderli ermeticamente e sterilizzarli per 20 minuti (mettendoli in un pentolone d'acqua fredda, poi facendo bollire a fiamma bassissima per 20 minuti).

anche questa serve x accompagnare formaggi o carni..
Io,in realta' avevo pensato ad una modifica:invece che con le mele,farla con le pere..mi piace di piu' l'abbinamento pera-formaggio..
