Ecco qua quindi la ricetta:

Ingredienti per circa 6 persone: 1,2 kg. di braciole di maiale, 150 gr. di ciliege snocciolate, 0,4 dl di Créme de Cassìs, olio d'oliva, sale, pepe, timo.

Preparazione: infarinate le braciole, salatele e pepatele e ponetele in una padella con dell'olio d'oliva. Appena saranno indorate superficialmente aggiungete la Créme de Cassìs e le ciliege. Lasciate cuocere a fuoco lento finchè la carne non sia cotta e servite in tavola guarnendo il piatto con foglie di timo.

Il piatto è molto dolce quindi potete andare "larghi" col pepe e, se vi piace di più l'agrodolce, anche un po' di brodo secondo me non stona ma bisognerebbe provare come anche il timo può essere aggiunto anche in fase di cottura. Sappiatemi dire anche voi.
