INGREDIENTI:

420 grammi di farina per dolci *
220 grammi zucchero
130 gr. burro (temperatura di frigorifero tagliato a dadini)
1 tuorlo d'uovo sodo
sale
1 bustina di lievito

2 uova crude
farina di riso per spolverare

Ho sabbiato insieme tutti gli ingredienti eccetto le uova crude sino ad ottenere una polvere giallina umida.. ho aggiunto le due uova e lavorato sino ad ottenere un impasto compatto.
Per farcire ho usato la crema al limone preparata con 500 grammi di latte, 100 gr di zucchero polverizzato insieme alla buccia di mezzo limone, 2 uova intere, 50 grammi di farina.
E’ stata mangiata ancora calda..
