mi presento dandovi una ricetta un pò variata da me.....
Caviale di melenzane:
- 3 melenzane medie
- 3 pomodori secchi
- un cucchiaino di tapenade o circa 6 olive nere snocciolate
- origano
- sale
- olio

lavate le melenzane e tagliatele a fette, salarle e lasciare perdere l'amaro per almeno una mezz'ora, strizzare e grigliare.
Metterle in un recipiente con un pò d'olio e origano.
Quando si saranno raffreddate mettere nel robot da cucina: le melenzane, i pomodori secchi, il cucchiaio di tapenade e un pò di olio. Mischiare tutto, aggiungere tanto olio per arrivare a creare una bella crema da spalmare su dei crostini:)
