Ingredienti per 4 persone:
20 scampi ,
3 cipolle medie bianche,
1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco,
1/2 bicchiere di brodo di pesce,
1 pizzico di peperoncino,
olio evo,
sale pepe.

Tritare la cipolla nel mixer, e metterla in un tegame (io ho usato un diametro 32)con l'olio ad appassire. Dopo 5 minuti aggiungere gli scampi, il vino bianco,sale ,pepe e il pizzico di peperoncino coprire con un coperchio in modo da far rilasciare l'acqua.Ogni tanto controllare che non si asciughi troppo la cipolla perchè deve rimanere un pò di sughetto , eventualmente aggiungere il brodo.Il tutto deve cuocere per circa 30 minuti e il risultato è questo:DSCN0572.JPG
