Ingredienti:
pasta frolla per la base (io uso 250 g di farina, 125 g di zucchero, 125 g di burro, 1 uovo e semi di vaniglia)
2 pere Williams a media maturazione (non le ho trovate e ho usato quelle che avevo, erano abate)
230 g di cioccolato fondente al 72%
200 g di panna fresca
150 g di zucchero
50 gr di acqua


Rivestire uno stampo di 28 cm per crostate con la pasta frolla. Ricoprire con uno strato di fettine di pera. Cuocere in forno per 30 minuti a 185°. Sfornare e lasciare raffreddare.
Spezzettare il cioccolato e far scaldare insieme panna, zucchero e acqua. Versare i liquidi caldi sul cioccolato e mescolare fino a quando questo non si è sciolto e la crema non si è amalgamata completamente. Versare la crema sulla torta e lasciar raffreddare almeno 20 minuti prima di servire (secondo me è meglio aspettare un po' di più, direi circa 2-3 ore).

Scusate per la foto è orrenda, però è fatta con una macchina che sembra un gioco e io devo decisamente migliorare!
