4 filetti di rana pescatrice
200 gr di pomodori datterini
50 gr di olive taggiasche sott'olio
1 bicchiere di prosecco
30 gr di pinoli
2 rametti di rosmarino
sale e pepe

Mettete i filetti di rana pescatrice in una pirofila-
Tagliate a metà i pomodorini e aggiungeteli insieme con le olive ben sgocciolate, i pinoli,il rosmarino e il prosecco.
Regolate di sale e pepe e infornate il tutto a 180° per circa 20 minuti
Sfornate e portate in tavola direttamente.

Per mantenere il pesce tenero consiglio di coprire la pirofila con dell'alluminio rana pescatrice con prosecco e olive.jpg
