faccio spesso questa torta salata,primo perchè gli ingredienti li ho sempre, secoondo perche' è semplice e veloce, terzo perche' mi piace un sacco
due confezioni di PastaSfoglia gia' stesa a disco...una besciamella tenuta non troppo densa fatta con mezzo litro di latte, 30 gr di burro, 50 gr di farina, noce moscata, sale...2 etti di prosciutto cotto.

Stendere il disco nellla teglia, mettere uno strato di prosciutto,versare metà besciamella, altro strato di prosciutto altra besciamella, chudere con l'altro disco,bucherellare, spennellare con uovo sbattuto, infornare 35 minuti a 200°.

Lasciare intiepidire per bene prima di tagliare...è quasi meglio farla a mezzogiorno per la sera, in modo che la besciamella si rapprenda bene......detto questo io l'ho messa in forno alle ore 12 e l'ho messa nello stomaco alle ore 13.15
