Ingredienti per 2/3 persone:
Un bicchiere di riso Carnaroli
Due bicchieri di acqua fredda
Una zucchina non troppo grande
Burro 40 grammi
Nduja: una noce
Pecorino grattugiato al momento: a volontà
Un pizzichino di sale

In una pirofila unire l'acqua, il burro, la nduja e un pizzichino di sale e passare al microonde per 2-3 minuti.
Nel frattempo tagliare la zucchina a tocchetti di uno o due centimetri.
Aprire il micro e aggiungere il riso e le zucchine e mescolate bene.
Far partire il micro per un terzo del tempo di cottura del riso.
Aprire e mescolare bene, quindi far ripartire la cottura per un altro terzo del tempo.
Aprire, mescolare bene e assaggiare il riso per valutare quanta cottura sia ancora necessaria secondo il gusto personale.
Alla fine di questo ulteriore periodo aprire, mescolare bene, aggiungere il pecorino e portare in tavola.
