Dovrà essere preparato solo con favette appena raccolte e di sicura provenienza (non sono fanatico del biologico ma quando ce vole ce vole!!),



e dolcissimi cipollotti



Preparazione

Mettete a sudare lentamente con del buon olio evo i cipollotti tagliati a rondelle e quando saranno traslucidi aggiungete le favette, alzate la fiamma e bagnate con un paio di cucchiai di acqua salata bollente.



Portate a cottura avendo cura di mescolarle il meno possibile. Servitele tiepide
