650g di fragole
succo di 1 limone
300g di zucchero
160g di miele
2 rametti di timo

Pulire le fragole, tagliarle a pezzi e mettere al fresco a macerare con lo zucchero, il succo del limone, parte della buccia del limone.

Il giorno dopo fare sobbollire il tutto 5 minuti e rimettere al fresco (non so qto sia utile..)

Il giorno dopo ancora 8O filtrare il succo e metterlo a bollire in pentola

Quando il "succo" si è ridotto aggiungere le fragole e cuocere altri 5 minuti (prova del piattino). Aggiungere il timo. Infine mettere nei vasetti.

Il sapore? Buono.. "morbido" come il miele.. il timo forse non c'entra molto ma tanto, per ora, non si sente molto. La cosa + bella è il colore :smile: le fragole sembrano candite 8O
Il mio maritino (grazie per le foto!) dice che è buona :grin:

Una domanda: come si fa a schiumare bene? Nella pentola ho fatto un disastro.. ho dovuto farlo con il cucchiaino nei vasetti :oops:
