per circa 24 biscottini
150g farina 00
75g burro freddo
40g zucchero a velo
1 tuorlo
un pizzico di sale
latte qb

ho seguito il procedimento della brisée 'sfarinando' il burro; ho aggiunto lo zucchero, il sale, il tuorlo e ho cominciato a lavorare, aggiungendo il latte pochissimo alla volta, tanto per fare amalgamare il tutto.
ho lasciato riposare l'impasto in frigo, ca un'ora, poi l'ho steso per ricavare dei dischetti (saranno stati 3-4 cm di diametro). cotti a 180 ventilato per 10 min.
quando si sono freddati i biscotti ne ho tuffato la metà in cioccolato fondente fuso con poco latte, e ho lasciato rapprendere. su alcuni, invece, ho messo della marmellata.
