Morale della favola, la biga con farina integrale si sposta solo di una virgola :-(
Dato che avevo pero' fatto anche la biga di pane bianco, ho continuato per ciascuno dei due pani secondo le istruzioni con foldings etc., poi ho diviso i due impasti in due parti uguali, quindi ottenendo due pezzi bianchi e due "neri". Stendendo ciascun pezzo con la parte "bella" a contatto della spianatoia in forma di rettangolo con un lato molto piu' lungo dell'altro, ne ho sovrapposti uno bianco ed uno nero, in un caso con il rettangolo nero sotto, nell'altro caso sopra. Poi ho arrotolato (tipo ciriolone) seguendo il lato lungo, e ho lasciato i salamoni a lievitare. Poi ho cotto secondo le istruzioni, ed il risultato e' qui: molto buono!
