E' varamente ottima!! :o
Invece della granella ho spolverizzato con zucchero di canna misto a cannella. Questo è il risultato. Grazie mille per la ricetta :smile:

ingredienti
500gr. farina 0
100gr. di zucchero
180gr. tra latte e acqua
130gr. di burro freddo
un cucchiaino raso di sale
zeste di mandarino, o arancia o limone
2 tuorli + uno per spennellare la treccia
5 gr. di lievito di birra fresco

Fare un lievitino con il lievito di birra un pò di farina e un pò di liquido, lasciare raddoppiare.
Nella planetaria mettere la farina lo zucchero i tuorli delle uova, e iniziare lavorando al minimo,aggiungendo il latte e lacqua,il lievitino ,dopo 5 minuti circa aggiungere il burro a pezzetti e le zeste a vostro piacimento portando la velocità a 1 e 1/2 e il sale, lavorare fino ad avere la consistenza di una pasta elastica e trasparente alla prova brioches.
Lasciare riposare a temp. amb. un'ora circa, siggillare il conteniotore e riporlo in frigorifero nella parte meno fredda fino al mattino.
Il mattino seguente lasciarlo a temp. amb,prima di mettere in forma per un'ora, formare la treccia senza rilavolare la pasta spennellare con burro fuso e freddo.
Al raddoppio spennellare delicatamente con tuorlo diluito con latte tutta la superfice,cospargere di granella di zucchero, infornare a 200° per 30m. :wink:
