In una scodella mettere 3 uova, aggiungere 100 ml di latte un pizzico di sale ed uno di pepe nero e sbattere con una frusta.


Unire 180 g di farina "00" setacciata con una bustina di lievito istantaneo salato (ahia!!! :grin: )



Sempre continuando a mescolare unire 6 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva e 100 g di caprino grattuggiato (io metto il pecorino)


Aggiungere del groviera gattuggiato a scaglie e riempire uno stampo imburrato ed infarinato con metà del composto. Adagiare il ripieno che più si preferisce (in questo caso fagiolini)


Continuare con il resto del composto.


Infornare a 180° per 45 minuti.


Si mangia tiepido.

Eccolo tagliato
