Le vanillas che ho preparato sono di origine Argentina,da una ricetta di Doña Petrona, nota cuoca dello scorso secolo.

Diimenticavo,mi ha mandato questi stampi :smile:



che vedrete all'opera!

3 uova
150 g zucchero
150 g farina
zeste di limone grattugiata
essenza di vanglia
Si sbattono a lungo uova con lo zucchero insieme, a bagno maria,(la ricetta dice che è facoltativo)



fino a quando il composto sarà bello gonfio.



Si aggiungono le zeste di limone e la vaniglia ,con movimento leggero si aggiunge la farina settaciata.



mettere dentro una sac-á-poche


imburrate e infarinate le teglie


con la sac-á-poche mettere l'impasto nella teglia, spolverare di abbondante zucchero la superfice, infornare a 190°/200° circa x 15 circa, non devono scurire, perderebbero la morbidezza.
