Ecco la ricetta:

1 kg di farina "0"
500 ml di acqua a temperatura ambiente
60 ml di olio evo
15 gr di sale
40 gr di lievito
20 gr zucchero

Impastare gli ingredienti (ho cercato di tenere separati lievito e sale) e formare una palla. Fare lievitare 30 minuti.

Stendere la pasta nella teglia (io ho messo la carta da forno) e spennellare con una cremina fatta di 30 ml di acqua+50 ml di olio+ sale. Aggiungere le verdure (cipolla affettata sottile oppure pomodorini tagliati a metà oppure fettine di zucchina). Lasciare lievitare ancora per 30 minuti circa. Poi infornare nel forno caldo a 200° per circa 30 minuti.
