Ho mescolato 5 gr. di lievito disidratato con un po' d'acqua tiepida ed una punta di zucchero. Ho atteso che incominciasse a spumeggiare, ho aggiunto piu' o meno mezzo litro di acqua e poi ho incominciato ad incorporare tanta farina (00) quanta ne e' bastata per formare una pastella piuttosto densa. Ho lavorato a lungo nella ciotola dell'impastatrice con l'accessorio a foglia. Ho aggiunto sale e pepe, coperto con la pellicola per alimenti ed ho messo a riposare per un ora e mezza. Trascorso quel tempo l'impasto era piu' raddoppiato. Ho aggiunto tre zucchine (piuttosto grandi) tagliate a dadini molto piccoli, 1 spicchio di aglio pestato nel mortaio e una manciata abbondante di menta fresca tritata finemente. Ho fritto, lasciando cadere cucchiaiate d'impasto in abbondante olio bollente. Le abbiamo mangiate accompagnate a del pecorino piuttosto piccante.
Come al solito io cucino per gli eserciti, me lo rimproverano ad ogni pasto, ma oggi niente avanzi!! :D
