spezzatino di manzo (o vitello più tenero)
farina per infarinarci i bocconcini
olio EVO
aglio prezzemolo
1 mela
brodo (dado/vegetale/carne, naturalmente il 1° della lista é da considerarsi ultima spiaggia...)
2 cucchiaini di curry
1 dito di cognac

mettere aglio ed olio in padella, nel frattempo infarinare la carne, buttarla a fuoco 'scoppiettante' e girarla in ogni sua parte.
allungare con del brodo (direi QUASI 1 bicchiere), aggiungere la mela a 'tocchetti',abbassare la fiamma ed incoperchiare.
Dopo ca 1/2 ora, scoperchiare, aggiungere il prezzemolo sminuzzato, sale ed il curry sciolto nel cognac.
Lasciare asciugare il giusto e .... con un bel pezzo di pane fatto come sapete fare voi .... :sad: !
