250 gr.ricotta
1 uovo
3 cucchiai parmigiano
aglio basilico e prezzemolo sale e pepe qb

per la pasta:
250 gr.farina
125 gr.latte
1 cucchiaino lievito per torte salate 1 pizzico sale
pulire i peperoni e affettarli sottilmente,saltarli in poco olio aglio e prezzemolo e basilico,mantenendoli comunque abbastanza sodi.
Fare freddare e unire alla ricotta,il parmigiano,e l'uovo.
Stendere l'impasto in due sfoglie ,con la prima rivestire uno stampo da cm.26 riempire col composto di peperoni,richiudere con la seconda sfoglia,
pennelare con un tuorlo d'uovo sbattuto con un po' di latte
e cuocere 30/40 m. a 180°
