150 gr burro a pomata
8 cucchiai di zucchero
2 uova intere
2 tuorli
200 gr. di farina
1 pizzico di sale

lamponi
zucchero (da 'caramellare' appena in padella)

Realizzazione

ho montato il burro per una 20ina di minuti.
successivamente ho montato le uova con lo zucchero per altrettanti 20 minuti.
dopodiché ho unito le due masse delicatamente, andando ad aggiungere la farina ed il sale.
ho riempito la base della teglia con i lamponi caramellati, versandoci sopra l'impasto.

Béh, ne é uscita una torta profumatissima di burro e molto soffice, nonostante l'assenza totale del lievito! :D
