mi sono posta mille domande sulla qualità e sull'inadeguatezza di questa ricetta al concorso.
Poi mi sono rifatta a Nanninella quando dice riferendosi alla ricetta del pollo: "chissà quante ricette che noi consideriamo banali... poi per altri non lo sono affatto..."
e allora mi sono decisa a postarla,
ALICI 'a TIANELLA un piatto tipico di Salerno
1 kg di alici pulite e diliscate (se volete pubblico le foto della sequenza)
olio evo,
pane grattugiato,
aglio, prezzemolo,
succo di limone,
sale

pulire le alici e toglierne la lisca
porre un filo d'olio in una teglia bassa e cospargere di pane grattugiato,
porre a strati:
alici diliscate, un pizzico di sale, aglio tagliato a fettine, prezzemolo tritato, uno strato di pane grattugiato, un filo d'olio e premuta di limone. Continuare così.
Mi raccomando fare uno strato non troppo alto.
Porre in forno a calore moderato per 15/20 minuti
si mangia anche freddo.
