-350gr. di ziti napoletani
-400gr. di broccoletti (io ho usato quelli siciliani)
-1 spicchio di aglio
-1 cipolla
-50gr. di prosciutto crudo
-50gr. di olive nere
-capperi, olio, sale e pepe
Dividere i broccoletti in cimette, eliminare il torsolo e lavarli. Farli scottare in acqua bollente salata per tre minuti circa. Scolarli e raffreddarli. Sbucciare l’aglio e cipolla e tritarli finemente. Tagliare il prosciutto a listarelle. Lavare i capperi e tritare le olive. In una padella mettere poco olio e farvi colorire l’aglio. Eliminarlo ed aggiungere la cipolla ed il prosciutto. Aggiungere poi i broccoletti, i capperi, le olive, sale e pepe. Mescolare. Cuocere la pasta e unirla al composto preparato e aggiungere un filo di olio e il formaggio.

Purtroppo non avevo gli ziti, quindi ho ulilizzato i tortiglioni.

Versione DIET
In una padella mettere i broccoletti l'aglio, la cipolla, i capperi e le olive insieme con un goccio d'acqua,
una volta caldi aggiungere il prosciutto e spegnere subito. Cuocere la pasta e unirla al composto, aggiungere l'olio e mescolare il tutto.
