Comunque vi giro la mia ricetta del PATE' con i fegatini di pollo ... io la trovo semplice, economica e molto gustosa!

Per 8/10 persone:

INGREDIENTI:
800 grammi di fegatini di pollo ben puliti
200 grammi di burro
3 foglie di alloro
2 scalogni tritati
sale e pepe q.b.

PREPARAZIONE:
Far soffriggere lentamente il burro con gli scalogni tritati. Aggiungere l'alloro ed i fegatini ed aggiustare di sale.
Far soffriggere a fuoco medio per 7/8 minuti: i fegatini non devono risultare completamente cotti, ma solo dorati.

Eliminare le foglie d'alloro e passare tutto nel mixer. Frullare fine fine.
A questo punto passare tutto al setaccio e raccogliere in una ciotola da portata.

Far rassodare in frigorifero per almeno 3 ore.

Io l'ho servito con delle fette di pane di tipo altamura fatto con la ricetta di Gennarino ... caldo ... caldo!!
