Ecco cosa l'ho fatta diventare:

Per la pasta:

Ingredienti:
Spaghetti per 4 porzioni: gr 80
Gamberoni: 16
Strutto di maiale per friggere.


Preparo gli spaghetti un po' avanti con la cottura (non troppo)
Li prendo col forchettone direttamente dalla pentola e li stendo su un torcione pulito:

Ne prendo un ciuffo (si puo' dire?) e l'arrotolo intorno al gamberone a cui ho tolto ovviamente il carapace (la testa la utilizzo per il sugo).

In un padellino faccio scaldare ben bene lo strutto e vi immergo "l'involtino".

Deveono friggere in pochi minuti. Li giro uno sola volta. Scendo quando gli spaghetti sono croccanti e dorati.

Per la salsa ho utilizzato lo stezzo procedimento della precedente ricetta, solo che non ho aggiunto i gamberoni negli ultimi minuti di cottura.
