500g farina 00
300 g zucchero
4 uova
100g burro
1 bicchiere di latte
rhum, o brandy o sassolino (io ho usato l'amaretto di saronno)
1 bustina lievito
scorza 1 limone
sale qb

sbattere le uova con lo zucchero, quindi aggiungere la farina, il latte, il burro fuso, il lievito, il liquore (un bicchierino, io ho messo 1 cucchiaio), un cucchiaino di scorza grattata di limone e un pizzico di sale.
cuocere in uno stampo da ciambella (direi 26/28 dm diametro) in forno medio (ho messo 180° forno statico) per circa 40 min. servire spolverizzato di zucchero a velo.
