300g farina 00
150g zucchero
100g burro
1 uovo
poco latte
1 arancia
1 bustina vanillina
1 bustina lievito
1 bustina zafferano
sale qb
zucchero a velo

sbattere l'uovo con lo zucchero e unirvi il burro fuso, il lievito, il succo e la scorza dell'arancia, un po' di latte e il sale. unire gli ingredienti restanti a poco a poco, regolarsi col latte per ottenere un composto piuttosto denso e omogeneo.
cuocere a forno medio (180° statico) ca mezz'ora, cospargere di zucchero a velo a torta raffreddata.
nella teglia (preferibilmente rettangolare) l'impasto crudo deve essere alto ca 2 cm. io qui ho usato una teglia tonda da 24 cm diametro



guardate com'é bello giallo e sbricioloso l'interno
