Cerco il riso... accidenti ho scovato solo un parboild, ma ero sicura di avere un arborio scorta di un 3x2 da qualche parte in ripostiglio...
shampoo, pelati, crocchette... niente!
Così ripiego su di una Garofalo 'sottocosto', formato 'Tortiglioni' e mi accingo a preparare il primo piatto serale:

Tortiglioni con crema di taleggio, trevisana e zucca



Preparare un bel soffritto di:
olio EVO, cipolle (io utilizzo le bianche), aglio e zucca in tocchetti.
aggiungere una bella manciata di trevisana tagliuzzata, farla ben appassire, salare e spegnere.
Nel frattempo portare a bollore l'acqua salata, versare la pasta ed aspettare che cuocia; 5 minuti prima di scolarla, prelevare 4/5 cucchiai di acqua bollente, andare a versarla nel sughetto ed aggiungere il taleggio, lasciando andare la fiamma debole per 5 minuti (il tempo che la pasta arrivi a giusta cottura).
Scolare, condire ed impiattare! (il pepe non va dimenticato!) :D
