Li ha sistemati Massimiliano dovreste aver visto le faccie alle spiegazioni di mio marito :lol:
Il menù era il seguente:
piccoli tramezzini con insalata russa su un letto di insalata mista
lasagne agli asparagi
bocconcini di struzzo al pomodoro con patate in sugo e polentina
dolce salame - gelato alla vaniglia con macedonia

Il pasticcio, graditissimo anche da chi non ama gli asparagi, l'ho fatto così
:
300 gr. di lasagne all'uovo
besciamella per 1 lt. di latte
200 gr. parmigiano padano
200 gr. di prosciutto cotto leggermente affumicato
1 kg. di asparagi ( preparati, tritati e cucinati su soffritto di scalogno e burro)

Secondo me era un buon accostamento, sono riuscita nell'intento di tenere la besciamella morbida :D e il risultato finale era proprio una crema, il prosciutto l'ho fatto tagliare sottilissimo e disposto ben disteso a fettine sopra la salsa besciamella e asparagi, due strati di ripieno, tre di pasta non era affatto pesante!
