Eccol la ricetta con foto e descrizioni:

Gnudi Ricotta e Spinaci

Per 2 persone
200 gr ricotta di pecora
100 spinaci lessati e strizzati
Sale qb
1 uovo
4 cucchiai di farina

Tritare ricotta e spinaci. Aggiungere uovo e farina. Alla fine deve risultare un composto cremoso:

Appallottolare e buttare nell’acqua bollente, aiutandosi con 2 cucchiai

Tenere un minuto o fino a quando vengono a galla.
Scolare con una ramina e lasciar riposare un paio di minuti
