½ litro panna montata
80 gr zucchero
100 gr gocce di cioccolato fondente
350 gr marron glaceé a pezzi
Meringhe a pezzettoni qb
Rum per bagnare il marron glaceé

Mescolare panna, zucchero e gocce di cioccolata; aggiungere i marroni a pezzetti dopo averli tenuti a bagno nel rum per circa mezz’ora e poi scolati; aggiungere le meringhe. Sistemare la carta da forno in un recipiente a forma di cupola; sul fondo mettere uno strato di meringhe; versare poi il composto nel recipiente e mettere nel freezer .
L’ideale per gustarlo è che sia leggermente ammorbidito, quindi è meglio tirarlo fuori dal freezer 20 minuti prima di mangiarlo.
