Fagottino di finocchio

Ingredienti: Un finocchio, prosciutto cotto a fette, parmigiano, olio extra
vergine di oliva, sale e pepe.

Con una mandolina, ho tagliato un finocchio (femmina) fino a raggiungere
il cuore. Li, le guaine rimangono attaccate alla parte inferiore, il cuore,
facendo rimanere integra la fetta.
Ho messo queste fette inegre a marinare qualche minuto con olio e sale,
pepe mentre mandavo in temperatura la bistecchiera.
Ho grigliato le fette un minuto circa per ogni lato e le ho messe da parte.
A questo punto su una placca coperta di carta da forno, ho posto una
fetta di finocchio grigliato, del parmigiano grattuggiato e una fetta di
cotto. Cosi' fino a terminare gli ingredienti per ogni fagottino (con un
finocchio si dovrebbero ottenere 2 millefoglie.
Anche gli altri pezzi del finocchio, comunque, si possono usare a tale
scopo solo un pochino piu' difficoltosamente.
Li ho semplicemente passati in forno qualche minuto e servito.
