Ingredienti:
300gr. di acciughe dissalate e diliscate
6 spicchi di aglio
50 gr. di olio EVO
2 scatole di estratto di pomodoro da 125gr.
acqua calda q.b.
pepe nero q.b.
150 gr. pan grattato

Fate tostare della mollica di pane, appena si sarà imbiondita toglierla dal fuoco,metterla in una ciotolina da portata, in due cucchiai di olio EVO riscaldato, sciogliere 50gr. dei filetti di acciuga, aggiungerli alla mollica tostata,lasciare che assorba completamente.
Nel frattempo dopo aver pulito circa 250 gr. D’acciughe salate, tagliate 6 spicchi d’aglio mettiamo in tegame abbondante olio EVO lasciamo che l'aglio rosoli per qualche minuto.

Aggiungiamo le acciughe scostando il tegame dal fuoco



sciogliamo le acciughe fino ad avere quasi una crema


aggiungiamo due vasetti di estratto di pomodoro(in genere lo sciolgo prima in acqua calda)



Diluiamo con acqua calda


Lasciamo cuocere per circa due ore a fiamma dolce


Cuocere al dente del bucato, condire e spolverare con la mollica tostata
