Cominciamo dalla ricetta:
1 litro latte intero
270 g zucchero in polvere
1/2 baccello di vaniglia
1 pizzichino di bicarbonato di soda
(io ho raddoppiato le dosi)

Mettere in una pentola a bordi alti 2 cucchiai di zucchero con qualche goccia d'acqua

e lasciarli caramellare

versare subito dopo il latte,lo zucchero restante,la vaniglia e il bicarbonato e cuocere a fiamma alta finche' non raggiunge il bollore;poi abbassare la fiamma e lasciare sobbollire,stando attenti che il latte non fuoriesca e mescolare frequentemente.
