D'inverno è di 4 ore. Per la ricetta, ahimè, per ora non se ne parla :-( (Clotilde è un osso duro :grin: ) ma vediamo se più in là faccio la vaga e richiedo agli altri componenti del team!!! 8-)
Ah, tanto per parlare...ho visto tanti altri prodotti: il pane di grano duro, la pizza ripiena, le ciambelle prosciutto e formaggio, il pane di kamut, le freselle del pescatore e le brioche sapresi. Quest'ultime mi hanno colpito per la ..ehmm... forma! Mio padre conferma che da piccoli loro se le mangiavano sempre, e costavano 30 lire (se considerate che un gelato veniva 10 lire...) Era un dolce della domenica! Indovinate un pò qual è la brioche in questione? 8-)

Era il pane fatto proprio per i pescatori, condito con alici e olive e che resisteva a lungo (quindi adatto ad essere portato in mare). Di recente è di nuovo sotto "l'attenzione generale" e mi fa piacere, perchè è unico nel suo genere.
intanto vi lascio qualche foto del pane che mi ha portato mia mamma (è di venerdì, perchè solo il Venerdì viene venduto )
