1 tuorlo
6 cucchiai di zucchero
350 gr farina 00
10 gr. lievito di birra fresco
600/700 dl acqua fredda
buccia di 1 limone grattuggiata

amalgamere bene tutti gli ingredienti e lasciar riposare un'oretta.
olio caldissimo(io ho usato quello ai semi di mais e mi sono trovata benissimo).

Béh , a fine lavoro nel pentolino c'era ancora tutto l'olio, se n'é consumata solo una minimissima parte, infatti le frittelle erano asciuttissime e leggere.
Spazzolate in 10 minuti! :D
