Piatto povero e minimalista. Ma non trascurabile. Ricordo di tempi passati.

Unica raccomandazione post cottura: aerare bene i locali prima di soggiornarvi !

- Cavolfiore (questo pesava mezzo kg circa)
- 2 belle cipolle dorate
- olio e.v.
- concentrato di pomodoro
- acqua

Mondare il cavolfiore come in figura, quindi tritare le cipolle grossolanamente. Mettere in pentola, unitamente all'olio, a due cucchiaini di concentrato di pomodoro ed 1, 5 lt di acqua. Con procedimento a crudo portare il tutto ad ebollizione e farlo andare a fuoco medio per due ore circa. Quindi cuocervi la pasta.
